In late 2012, we moved beyond what at the time was the industry standard vacuum sealing process toward an innovative process that sealed our bottles without the use of lead. Even though this process was more complex – and more expensive – we chose this path because we aimed for a higher standard, knowing lead could be harmful to our consumers, manufacturing partners and the environment.
